Paws Care, Inc. located in Montgomery County is a 501 c3 charity. Our goal is to rescue, re-home and provide better lives for companion animals in southern and central Illinois. We are an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff.
We are a foster based rescue. For this reason, we do not have viewing hours. An application must be approved before meeting each animal, unless we have a scheduled mobile adoption.
NOTE: We DO NOT accept stray animals. This is the job of government funded animal control agencies.

Mission Statement
PAWS CARE is a volunteer group established in 2008 by individuals dedicated to being the voice for those who have none, to provide sanctuary for animals who have been abused, abandoned, or at lost and in need of shelter. It is our mission to try to find responsible, loving homes for all who come our way, to reunite the "lost" with their family and encourage the public to embrace the humane treatment of homeless domesticated animals.
